WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT

We ship worldwide using UPS as default courier service and orders are dispatched mostly within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed.

RATES

Price is calculated based on the information you supplied as your delivery address.  Some items have flat shipping rates for some destinations. The shopping Cart offers you the opportunity to calculate shipping cost before proceeding to checkout. Some items have delivery charges less than shown below. At checkout, you would be able to calculate precise shipping rate.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND APPLICABLE TAXES

Total price for an order includes all taxes and custom duties for UK and the EU. Your order will automatically include this where appropriate. For Orders outside the EU exceeding certain amount, you may be required to pay custom duties and other applicable taxes. Different countries outside the EU have different policies for importing goods, and since we don’t have control over this, please check with your local customs to understand charges regarding to imports.

LOST PARCELS

Our courier service always ensure parcels are delivered as specified but should you have not received your parcel, this will trigger an investigation with the courier company. This can take between 2 and 10 working days. Once your claim has been confirmed, you will be reimbursed.

ORDER TRACKING

Our default shipping company is UPS (www.ups.com). Tracking numbers are normally provided for all our parcels dispatched via UPS and this gives you the opportunity to check the current location of your parcel while in transit. Once dispatched, we are no longer in charge and you will have to track your dispatched parcel via UPS site.

Most people these days use office address or any other address where the delivery man can meet someone all times. We strongly urge you to use your office address or any other address where delivery man will always meet someone.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you missed your delivery, the delivery man will normally leave a card instructing you what next step to take. Please carefully follow these instructions as any item not delivered will eventually be returned back to us.

We will only process refunds when the undelivered item has been retuned to us. Note: if you fail to adhere to instructions, delivery charges will not be refunded and you will have to pay additional delivery charges if you want your order redelivered to you.
